We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in Customer Service (Mortgage) and Collection-Loss Mitigation (Mortgage Loans). This role involves optimizing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the B&L team to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on MS Excel to streamline data management and reporting processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer service in the mortgage domain focusing on timely and accurate responses.
- Implement strategies for effective collection and loss mitigation in mortgage loans.
- Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of implemented strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
- Train team members on best practices and new tools to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on process performance and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Have domain expertise in Customer Service (Mortgage) with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate experience in Collection-Loss Mitigation (Mortgage Loans) with a proven track record of success.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.

Certifications Required -
Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Certification
